The service

LaunchRadar reads a product URL you submit, drafts search queries, searches public posts, scores them, and can email you a digest with suggested replies. You decide what to post. LaunchRadar does not post, comment, or message anyone on your behalf.

Your account

You need an email and a password. You are responsible for activity under that login. Do not use the service to spam, harass, or misrepresent yourself. Do not submit URLs you are not allowed to read, and do not point the fetcher at internal networks. The public sample is rate limited; do not try to turn it into a bulk scraper.

Plans and payment

Free includes one product, a weekly digest, and three stored leads a week, with no card. Solo is US$19 per month. Pro is US$49 per month, includes a 7-day trial, five products, a faster refresh where the host allows it, and AI-drafted replies. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added by Stripe where required. You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. When a subscription ends, the account returns to Free.

Public content

Leads come from public sources. A score is a judgement about the text, not a promise that the person will buy, reply, or welcome a pitch. You are responsible for what you write and where you post it, including the rules of Hacker News, Bluesky, and X.

Availability

The service depends on third parties: the source APIs, the model provider, email delivery, and Stripe. Any of those can fail or change. We will not invent uptime numbers. If a source is down, that scan is incomplete and the dashboard should say so rather than fake a result.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Kustom Melts is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or what happens after you post a reply. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
